Over the years Jon and Maureen Jenkins became involved in developing group decision-making processes in impoverished rural communities not only in North America but also in India, Peru, Venezuela, the Philippines and Indonesia, among many others. They used the same participatory processes to assist business organizations to create implementable strategic plans. Over the years Imaginal Training has become known for a very creative style of facilitation and training, coupled with publications and services to the profession of facilitation. Imaginal Training strives to maintain a balance among clients in business, in the public sector and in the non-profit sector.
